Unless the product description says otherwise (i.e. items marked as "All Sales Final"), you can return any item purchased through Daily Steals within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items returned are fully refundable as long as items are returned in the condition they were delivered in.
Due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that your deal will still be available if you need to return an item; therefore, we cannot exchange items. We can only offer store credit or refunds for products sold on our site.
Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! Items returned because of customer preferences/change of mind are returnable, but we ask that the customer pay the return shipping charges. After thirty (30) days of delivery, all items purchased through Daily Steals are non-refundable and all sales are final. Returns must be shipped with a Daily Steals provided return label in order for your return and refund to be processed.
We ask that all items are sent back to us in their original condition and not be broken or altered in any way. For example, new and unopened items must be sent back as shipped. Depending on the condition that the item is received (i.e. damage to package, water damage, intentional damage, signs of use, etc.), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.
Note: ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL (Quantities over 10 are considered wholesale orders)
Cancellations and Order Changes:
If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel or modify the order. Please note that orders process quickly, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the Return Policy above on how to return your order.
